The Energy Savings Assistance program offers renters and homeowners the opportunity to enhance the comfort, health, and safety of their homes through appliance upgrades and home repairs at no charge.
Eligible participants can receive upgrades or repairs for water heaters, furnaces, and refrigerators. Furnace and water heater repair or replacement may be available if determined inoperable or unsafe by PG&E, while refrigerators must be at least 15 years old to be replaced. Other energy efficiency upgrades are available such as attic insulation, weather-stripping, LED lighting and more!
To qualify, participants must reside in a house, mobile home, or apartment that is at least five years old. Household income must meet specific guidelines based on the number of individuals in the household.
