This joint program between Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) and your natural gas provider is to provide and install water efficient devices at no cost to EVMWD customers. Devices offered include:

- Low-flow bathroom faucet aerator - Cuts water use while maintaining a smooth, steady stream.
- Low-flow kitchen faucet aerator - Provides efficient water flow for effective cleaning with less waste.
- Low-flow showerhead - Provides full, refreshing coverage using less water.
- Smart irrigation controller - Adjusts watering automatically to reduce waste and support healthier landscapes.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this program, you must be a residential customer of Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVWMD).
